WHAT IS THE CPNRE® Prep Test & Guide?

The CPNRE® Prep Guide was developed to assist candidates in preparing to take the CPNRE®. You can benefit from the Prep Guide whether you have several months or only a couple of weeks to prepare for the examination.

What does it do?

Success on the CPNRE® depends on two key factors:

• Your knowledge of practical nursing principles and content.
• Your ability to apply this knowledge in the context of specific health-care scenarios presented to the CPNRE®.

The CPNRE® Prep Guide is designed to help you prepare to optimize both of these factors.

• One 160-Multiple-choice question Practice Test with 10 attempts (same assessment each time)
• A performance profile upon completion of the test

The questions in the practice test have been used on previous administrations of the CPNRE® and reflect the current exam blueprint. The online practice test is available in French and English.

After completing the practice test, you will be able to review your Performance Profile to identify areas of strength and weakness. The performance profile includes:

• Your practice test score
• Your score in each of the competency categories, cognitive levels and client age categories

NOTE: You will receive a link in your purchase receipt with access to the PDF document.

The online Practice Test expires 6 months (183 days) after purchase and can be accessed a maximum of 10 times. Once you have logged into the Online Practice Test, you must complete each testing session within the 4-hour time frame.
